About Us

I am a stay-at-home mom and wife who fell in love with jewelry and jewelry design by accident. A University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill graduate, I worked in several different fields before attending Hollins University’s graduate creative writing program. Shortly after graduating, my husband and I had my daughter Georgia (now 5) and my son Henry (2). Then I learned something surprising -- taking care of small children is not conducive to writing the great American novel!

A few years ago, I turned my creative impulses towards designing and making jewelry, first for my friends and family. Happily, my work found a broader audience, and here I am. My family and I reside in the beautiful mountains of Southwest Virginia, where the natural beauty of the surroundings (and the unsolicited feedback of my family!) provide continual inspiration and amusement. I hope you enjoy wearing my work as much as I enjoy making it.
