To place an order, click on the “Add to Cart” button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the “view cart” link and proceed to check out. If you are a first-time customer, you will be asked to register. Return customers can save time by entering their username and password. Click here to register now.
For your security and convenience, we have installed a secure shopping cart where you may use your credit card directly and securely or your Paypal account. You can use this feature without creating a Paypal account. If you experience any difficulties placing your order please contact us.
If you would like to pay by money order, print out your order form and mail it to us at the address featured in the contact us link.
There is no minimum order. Shipping costs and sales tax will be calculated at checkout. You may track the status of your order by clicking on the order tracking link after which you will need to enter your user name and password. Click here to track your order.
Because our products are individually made by hand, it may take up to two weeks to fulfill your order. Generally, products are shipped within 72 hours of your order being placed. If you need to rush your order, please contact us. We will work hard to accommodate your needs. Custom orders will be handled on an individual basis.
Our items are either one-of-a-kind or produced in limited runs. Our custom order department can assure that you will receive a truly individual item.

Your privacy is important to us! Any information you supply when placing an order is confidential and will not be distributed, displayed, or sold to any third party unless forced to do so by law.

Return policy
Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for your money back. Custom orders are not returnable; however, if you are unhappy in any way, we would like the opportunity to satisfy you.
To process your return, we need your original receipt. Please contact us prior to returning your item to obtain a return authorization number. The item must be in original condition.

Guarantee
All of our jewelry is created with high-quality materials. We use high-quality strong and flexible stringing wire and sturdy silk/nylon thread.
The Violet line uses primarily sterling silver and semi-precious gemstones. Upon occasion 14k gold-filled wire may be used; glass or porcelain beads may appear sometimes. These exceptions are always noted in the item description.
The Karamia collection features 14k yellow and white gold with the occasional use of sterling. This line emphasizes semi-precious and precious stones of high quality.
Jewelry is by nature fragile and cannot be guaranteed not to break. Please handle your pieces with care -- the more delicate the design, the more fragile the item. We do offer a free 90-day warranty and will be happy to fix the problem for you.
Our warranty includes: failure of jump rings, split rings, crimp beads and clasps; breakage of wire or thread. Please contact us with any concerns.
